Every service leaver can access free, expert support for up to 2 years after leaving service
The service is dedicated to helping you navigate your journey beyond the military, with practical tools, personalised guidance and direct access to employers who value the unique strengths you bring.
They’ve supported over 330,000 service leavers for more than 25 years.
Op ASCEND
If you’ve left service for more than 2 years, Op ASCEND can provide you with free, enduring employment support from the Forces Employment Charity.
Whether you’re looking for a career change or new employment opportunities, Op ASCEND is a service that connects you with veteran-friendly employers and provides expert tips, support and advice.
The service is free to use and open to all veterans of the UK armed forces.
